Hello- Anyways, on to the toothbrush. I am still brushing my daughter's teeth and she will be 3 in March. I usually let her brush them for a few minutes and then I take over. A friend suggested to me the other day to go and buy one of those children's electric toothbrushes. My friend said she has had pretty good luck with her little boy not biting on it and also doing a pretty good job of getting his teeth clean with it! Might be something to think about for you! Hope this helps...sorry it was long.

My little one starting using a small pillow around a year old. Once they reach that stage where they can move themselves if they become uncomfortable or move their head if they can't breathe, I think that adding a pillow is fine.
As far as the toddler bed goes, I kept my daughter in her crib as long as she didn't start climbing out. She was like 28 months before we got her a 'big girl bed'. I skipped the toddler bed and just got a twin. I bought one of those rails that tuck under the mattress to keep her safe. She adjusted pretty well. It took a few nights for her to realize she no longer had bars around her. She would cry to get out of bed in the morning.....like there was no way of getting down! It was a little funny.
