I used wipes, so yes that's a tough one .cool water would probably startle him ,and you don't want that(unless you live somewhere warm.he would probably love it.LOL!!).I'm sorry I couldn't help more. :( and make sure the wipes are unscented,just keep the cream on him, it shouldn't be a big problem using warm water for cleaning him.I'm sure it soothes him a little.poor little guy! just don't think it's your fault, I felt like such a bad Mom when my little one had a rash,I thought it was b/c I didn't change her quick enough, but it wasn't my fault.stuff like this happens.
