infant eczema

Does anyone have any natural treatments for infant eczema. My 6 month old has weeping bleeding sores all over her body. The steroid creams only work for a while and I am hesitate to keep using them because of the effects they have on the skin. I use aqueous cream as a soap and do not use any perfumed detergents or shampoos. Any help would be appreciated. I hate to see her suffer!!!!!!!!
