My son had all his front teeth, but no molars. But if you cut up soft meats (chicken, ham, hot dogs cut into small bites), they can eat that. Mac and cheese is a good one because it is pretty soft...but again, you may have to cut it up smaller. And of course...veggies cut up too!!!
