The biggest problem is what you mentioned .. that she falls asleep in your arms. If you put her down asleep she'll wake up and wonder how she got where she is. Try rocking/walking/whatever with her until she's almost asleep, or if you have to wake her up a little before putting her down. This was a big problem we had with my little girl. Good luck!
