Ok good, let me know how it goes and if it helps! I like retrievers too but your right they shed too much and I am dealing with that right now in my house due to the dogs getting thier winter coats! Oh joy! Its like I have top vaccum twice a day around here! I tell ya though we are both very lucky to have the dogs that we do! Or should I say our kids are lucky? : Thanks Jenn! I am going to try the kneeing on the chest because other than that she is a perfect dog. Our dog also lets my kids lie on her and she takes everything also. Labs are so sweet! I heard Golden retreivers are good dogs too but they are way too mellow and don't like to play much and shed a lot.
