I had the same problem. What I did was pull the plug out of the drain when she wasn't watching and let the water drain out. When the tub was empty I would say "where did the water go?" and then I kept saying "all gone...water all gone" the first few times she still wanted to stay in there but would eventually get cold and come out. Now when the water disappears SHE says "wada ah dun!" and will get out of the tub without crying!
