BABY ACNE?

I RECENTLY TOOK MY 5 WEEK OLD TO THE DR. WITH A BAD RASH THAT STARTED ON HER CHEST WENT TO HER NECK ON HER FACE AND EARS AND HEAD THE DR SAID IT WAS NORMAL BABY ACNE IM STILL CONCERNED SHE HAS HAD THIS FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS NOW AND IT LOOKS HORRIBLE MY 4 YEAR OLD HAS ECSAMA COULD THIS ALSO BE ECSAMA IS SHE JUST BEING MISDIAGNOSED OR AM I OVERREACTING?
