severe excema

my 12 month old daughter suffers from severe excema, presently she has open weeping and bleeding wounds on her chin, shoulders and back. For the last 6 months she has been under the instruction of a paediatrician, a dietician, a dermatologist and has recently been referred to a specific childrens hospital to see an immunologist. Wondering if any other parents have experienced anything similar or have any 'remedies'???
