Have you considered WIC their income limits are pretty high and it is actually a wonderful program. They should give you the Alimentum since your daughter has the medical problems you just need a prescription from your doc. I just thought I would put in my .02 cents :) : : Thanks Michelle. : : : : My daughter has been diagnosed with a dairy protein allergy, and the doctor has put her on Alimentum. This stuff is SO expensive! If anyone has any unopened leftover cans that I could buy or knows how I can get some (for cheaper than $22/can), please advise. She's eating us out of house & home. Thanks.
: How old is your daughter? You might be able to relactate and that is ALOT cheaper if you have trouble getting enough Alimentum. I don't know about a dairy allergy though so I'm not sure if that could help but breastmilk is lactose free and very easy on the stomache. You might even be able to get some from a milk bank.
