I would be happy if he slept until 6 or 7am, as I will be going back to work in a couple of months so that would fit in with the times I will have to get up and get him ready for the child minder anyway. It was just that so many people had told me that their babies were sleeping through the night by 5 weeks, and another girl who gave birth at the same time her little girl is sleeping right through as well. I did think that perhaps my son should be sleeping through as well, but from reading your replies I know that this is normal, so feel a bit happier about it. I did manage to get him to sleep for an hour this afternoon so manged to get a bit of sleep myself. I'll try and get him to do the same tomorrow as well if I can :o)
