Your baby sounds like a very routine baby. My son was the same way and still is at 3yrs. of age. He has to have a routine and if anything throws it off, he is then off for a day or two. I dont know of any suggestions to help with that. I think it is something you just have to adjust to and work around. As for the spitting up. You should defenately consult his pediatrician. It doesn't sound normal that it is coming back up a couple of hours later and still looking the same then as it did when it went down.
