Potty Training.

We adopted a baby girl from Russia just a little over a year ago. It the Orphanage all the kids were trained by 18 months. Sure the had some problems. But, Every two hours just sit him on a small Potty (A small bucket type not the seat type) Every Two hours and make them stay there till Their for 15 minutes. The kids all knew they were not to get up till they went. And it worked.
