Baby Swing works great. And check baby for Acid Reflux. Does the baby seem to cough a lot? A baby should cry about 4 hours a day. Im a firm beleaver that there is something making the baby unhappy, A diaper may be to tight to the strap could be cutting in to him. Try laying they baby in an upright position. : I don't know where to start.. I just want to know I am not the only one out there. Any suggestions would be wonderful. I'm a first time mom and have really no one to offer good advice. : My son is 3 months old. He's been the perfect baby. I had him sleeping thru the night at 7 weeks. He went to bed at 6:30, I would wake him at 9 to eat again and he would go straight to sleep until 5:00 when I would wake him up to eat again. Basically he's been on a 4 hour feeding schedule and I would skip the 1am feeding and wake him the for 5am. He definetly would be sleeping longer if I didn't wake him. : Anyways, he hasn't been taking regular naps and I realize that he gets real cranky now. He use to fall asleep on his own and now he just keeps himself up... starts screaming after a while. So I have decided to give him routine naps. I'm in the process of doing it. I'm not sure it's helping though. He isn't any less cranky after 4 or so. I have to hold him constantly. Any attenpt to put him down and he screams. Whereas in the morning hours he loves to play by himself. : I don't know what to do. Are the naps a good idea? Do you think he goes to bed to early at 7:00 pm is when I put him to sleep tonite? Does anyone have suggestions on how to entertain him without having to hold him for 4 hours... my complete evening? I don't like to let him cry. He really gets worked up when he does and he doesnt know how to get himself down. : What are other people's stories of their babies this age??? He really is a wonderful baby until it gets to about 4 in the afternoon.
