Please go see your doctor they have resources to help you. You are not alone in this and have nothing to feel ashamed about. Many, many women suffer from postpartum depression. There are things you can do to help but you must speak to a health care provider. They can and will help you. It is much better to get hold of this in its early stages than to prolong treatment. Please go see your doctor. Take care of yourself and god bless.
