*bad dreams*

I am 23 weeks pregnant with my first child. I have been having the worst dreams...last night i dreamt that th baby had came out and he was so tiny he could fit in my hand and he was dead. Maybe I am paranoid about something going wrong...Did anyone else have bad dreams when pg?
