Sorry, but not being circumcized is no big deal. Lots of boys/men aren't circed and sometimes boys do it when they are older (muslim boys for instance). DO NOT pull back the skin (even to clean it). This can really hurt and is not recommended unless the boy has a lot of peeing problems (uti's etc). Now, not having your vaccinations is a different matter. Some parents think that vaccinating their children is not necessary. Although I think vaccinations are worth it- some people believe that certain vaccines cause autism, etc. But in order to go to public school, the child will have to be vaccinated. But if the mom chooses to home school, this isn't a problem. It doesn't sound (from your description) that the mom is doing anything wrong. And your point about taking money "undernieth the table"- come on! A lot of people do it (not saying that this makes it right). But sometimes, in order to make ends meet, it's done. Now- if it's drugs or something, then you have a case. But if not- then lay off the bickering about her- she's doing a good job. I hope your boyfriend is paying child support and maintaining contact with the kid(s).
