Hi...plain sudafed is okay to take while you are pregnant...Might help if it is congested...I have a viral infection right now and it is terrible...The best thing you could do is stay hydrated...take regular tylenol for aches and pains. Also maybe call your dentist...they could be insightful to any dental pain...
