i think its just natures way of getting you prepared for the constant worry you'll have when they are finally here... is he breathing, is he eating enough... whats the red rash on his face... etc etc. I had all sorts of weird dreams while pregnant. They can be disturbing but try not to pay too much attention to them. Take care and good luck
