I had sinus problems when I was pregnant, although not as bad as your from the sound of it, so I can sympathise. What I found helped was at night to use Olbas Oil (a herbal inhalent containing Eucalyptus etc). Just put a couple of drops on a tissue in the bedroom, and it helps the sinuses. Also a gentle face massage around the sinus area can help to releive pressure and clear the airways - it's also a lovely way to relax. I had the sniffles and stuffy nose until Thomas was born, and then it righted itself a few weeks later. It is quite common apparently to have sinus problems when pregnant.

Congratultions and good luck with the pregnancy, and I hope that you have an easy time with the rest of it.
