When my daughter was 6 weeks she was up around every 2 hours. As she got older it gradually increased. When we moved her from her bassinet to her crib at 3 months she slept 8 hours the 1st night(what a miracle) and after that she averaged 7 hours. It's been great to get some sleep. I don't know if it was the crib or just coincedence. In response to other coments-I don't believe you should limit your childs formula intake being afraid of obesity. I believe you can offer your child any amount of formula and they will stop when their full. As they get older they will consume more but you shouldn't force them to take more to sleep longer. Good Luck.
