I'm still here.... I'm Marybeth, live in a suburb of Minneapolis, MN, 36, Married to Andy. I work part-time outside of my home - approx 26 hours a week. Andy works for the same company, and we get to have lunch together 3-4 times a week, usually sammiches and leftovers eaten in his cubicle.... Alexandra is my daughter. She's 7 months old. I also have three step-children. Zon (24), Jake (20 - currently lives with us but is MOVING OUT this week! Yahoo! More closet space!) and Kait (12 - lives with her Mom but is with us on weekends, and is a wonderful big sister to Alexandra) Alexandra has Milk, Soy, Egg Protein intollerance, which is how I found this message board (was searching for Neocate formula and information about MSPI). I did a restricted diet and B.F. for 6 months, and recently weaned completely. Now I can eat Ice Cream and Chocolate and Cheese, and life is so wonderful. I now consider myself somewhat of an expert on MSPI and food alergies- I know more than my Pediatrican, which is a sad testimony. I've made some good cyber buddies through this message board, and have been blessed to receive much assistance and support with any issue that I post about. I visit every day, but should probalby lay off and pay more attention to my housework and work-work! We just finished putting away 3 weeks worth of clean laundry because Andy couldn't find his socks.... Ummmm.... was that too much information? Sorry, must be the cold medicine talking.
