Baby up all night (Help)

hi there
anyone have any suggestions on how to keep my son from sleeping during the day so he can sleep at night. I've tried different things but he is very fussy and crying hardly even sleeps during the night. he is 3 1/2 months he is a 2 month early premie. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
