clingy 10mth old

I was hoping someone could give me some advice on what to do with my 10mth old daughter. She wants me and only me. Everywhere I go there she is pulling on my pant
leg.and cries and cries until I pick her up.and I know that is where my problem began. I have two other daughters and they as well require alot of attention.So do you think I should just ignore her and just get up
and walk away from her?? I get frustrated becuase I really dont want to leave her crying but I need to get things done around the house( Laundry,dishes.)you know how it is. I am a SAHM my 2 older girls are 8 and 5.
any suggestions would be great.Thanks
