They stopped making regular neosure and are making Neosure Advance-same thing they just added DHA & ARA (although cans are smaller-14oz to 12.9oz & price increased $12.38 to $13.99 here). I had trouble the past several weeks finding it because they were in the process of switching to the neosure advance which was a pain. I live in Indiana and can find it at Krogers, Wal-mart Super Center, and CVS. You can also get it at welcomeadditions.com but is more expensive, but you don't have to leave your house to buy it. If you have a CVS there, they have regular neosure on sale half price to make room for the new stuff. I saved a fortune. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
