I would really talk to your doctor about it. Stress is known to make people miss their periods and I would certainly think that a car accident would produce a great amount of stress. Hopefully your doctor's nurse could at least talk with you on the phone about it. They might want to do a blood test since they are more accurate. Good luck and keep us posted on what you find out!
