The only danger known is the "radiation" it emmits while cooking or warming the food. So do not stand in front of the microwave oven while it is on. Other than that, there is no evidence that food warmed in the microwave is dangerous to the fetus. I think by now they would have found out considering most of America owns a micorwave! :) But don't stand too close to it while it is on!
