I had a horrible sore throat like when I was 6 weeks along! I couldn't take anything for it, but I did gargle salt water (ugh) and it helped. I don't know if it was pregnancy related or not, but it last for 2 weeks or so. My sister-in-law is due about 3 weeks before me and she had a bad sore throat, also. I don't know if it's just a coincidence or not!
