"Tie my tubes?"-"What is the right thing to do?"

I have a two year old boy and then another little boy on the way. I know that financially I should have my tubes tied, but I have always heard that if you have any doubts, now was not the time to make your decision.I have people telling me I need to and others tell me the opposite. My husband does not want anymore, but left the decision up to me. I dont want to make the wrong decision. Please give me any advice or feedback that you might have. I dont know what to do.
