my man wouldn't let me go through getting tubes tied.. he offered to get a Vasectomy(sp?)

we got 2 little boys and i wanted to try again for a girl but he said no because well we wouldn't be able to afford another baby so since he didn't want anymore children he said he'd have a vasectomy.i mean i could get my tubes tied but he don't want me to.because many women have 'emotional problems' after about it like a lot of woman wish they hadn't and stuff sooooo this way he's the one fixed and not me.
