It's called a plurasy attack (unsure of the spelling). My mom gets them so severely that she can't breath when she gets them. She's on medication for it. I guess they're pretty common, just some people experience them at different levels than others. At any rate, it's nothing to be concerned about to my knowledge unless it becomes so severe you can't breath, in which case you should see a doctor.
