Anyone pregnant with PCOS.... please help

Helloo, I have been diagnosed with Polycystic ovries, but i have my menses although not on timebut usually get it ... can i get pregnant? my hormones etc are normal what are my chances. I am showing a Gyn and she says i should conceive immedetly.. what do you think???
