Ok, I wasn't on clomid so I am not sure about the first question. But I did get cramps (more like sharp needle pains), a week or so before I found out I was pregnant. They were mainly on my sides and around my right ovaries. Now it can also be a PMS sign, I used to cramp a lot before my periods and so I didn't think I was pregnant, but looking back they were (for me at least) a different kind of cramp - more sharp and poky. Not to discourage either of you, but it can be a sign of pregnancy but it can also be a sign that your period is on the way. Good Luck to you both and I hope this is your month!
