Hello. I tried to conceive for 16 months before being put on clomid. I was on clomid cd's 4 - 8. The side effects weren't too bad. A little diziness and headache was the worst. I went for a follicle check on cd 12 and I didn't have any mature follicles. I went back on cd14 and I had one mature follicle at 21mm!!! Clomid worked! I also had a post coital test done and found out that I had another side effect of clomid - I had NO cm! I mean NONE!! Not one bit. So, I had the HcG trigger shot that night to make me ovulate and back to back IUI's the next two days! Low and behold it worked and I finally got pregnnat! Sadly, though, I just m/c 7 days ago, but that had nothing to do with the clomid!
