It is possible.
My best friend doesn't ovulate. For her to get pregnant, she has to inject herself 2-3 times a day with hormones and drive 1.5 hours away from home 3-4 times a week to see a specialist and get artifically inseminated 3-5 times one week out of the month.
Right now, I think it's costing them $5,000/month to try and get pregnant.
