for the past 9 years i've had my period i've only been on it for 4 days except when i was in the army when my period didn't come for 4 months but I am going on 6 days of bleeding and i'm cramping extremely bad in my lower stomach and my lower back. Could this be signs of a miscarriage? Please help i'm worried
