I had bad sharp pains on my sides and right ovary, the doc. even sent me for an ultrasound thinking I had apendicites (sp). But I also had bad cramps before periods so it is hard to say if they are a symptom or not. Mine pains were sharp and like needles tough.
I wish you good luck and it is best to wait until you miss your period, that way you will know for sure! Baby dust, sally 2
