I had spotting exactly like my normal pre-AF spotting when I was first pregnant with Colin. It even fell on the right days. So I was pretty surprised & thrilled to find out I was pregnant. Yes, you could still be pregnant...10 dpo is fairly early, and you could have ovulated later than you think. At this stage, even one day makes a difference, so yes, it's still possible.
