Here is some info, hopefully it is still correct! I used OPK and got pregnant after 5 months trying! :)
Ok, it depends on your cycle, the box tells you when to start testing. For example, if you have a 28 day cycle, the box will say to start testing on day 10 (if I remeber correctly). So they have different cycle lenghts and when to start testing written on the box. Now the first day of your period is day one, so in a 28 day cycle you would count 10 days from your period and then start using the sticks - for a 28 day cycle (just an example). Most tests have either 5 or 7 sticks. They are like pregnancy tests, however you wait for the two lines to either go the same color or, the test line to go darker than the control line. When this happens, you will ovulate within 12-36 hours, so make love during that period and there will be sperm there waiting for the egg to drop. I used the Clear Blue one and got a surge after 5 sticks, some people find them hard to use, I got pregnant using them and I recomend it. Lastly, you don't use morning usrin with them, but afternoon urine! :) The packs explain everything and if you follow it correctly, it should work!
