They will weigh you, check your blood pressure, and listen to the baby's heart rate. Sometimes they will talk to you about upcoming tests. You may be scheduled soon for an ultrasound(between 16 and 22 weeks) to see the baby's anatomy and gender. All in all- at the beginning, they don't do a whole lot. Around 26 weeks they will check you for gestational diabetes and they may do additional blood work. I think they will give you an option for a test this visit, for spinal bifada and down syndrome. It is a protein test and is NOT always reliable so it is optional. When you get about 24 to 26 weeks they start measuring you to see how your uterus measures and then around 34 to 36 they will do a swab test to test for Beta Strep. I just had that done and they also check my cervix. They will start about 24 weeks pressing on your abdomen to see the position of the baby. All in all for a while you won't have a lot done, if you have had no complications so far. Congrats and enjoy your pregnancy- Also, write down any and all questions you have about the pregnancy and talk to your doctor. You can even ask them what you can expect the next visit. All doctors are different in their routine checks. Good luck!!
