I have a cute baby book, it starts with when Dh and I meet, the wedding, honeymoon and then goes through the pregnancy (from when we found out to cravings and highlights), the shower, the baby - but it is all done as if you are telling the baby all the things that happened, much like a diary for when he/she is old enough to read.
