May God bless you as you take care of his angels. He has entrusted them to you for the next 18 years and it sounds like you've already endured so much and yet they were only just born days ago. I cannot imagine how you must be feeling. I would imagine that your parents will eventually come around and want to help--whether it makes sense or not, they are most likely just hurting for you and the stress that's ahead. Nevermind that their ignoring you is more stress and pain than you can bear right now.
One thing I want to mention is that you also need to lean on your girlfriends at this time. I know that with new babies you will be very busy and it's sometimes easy to lose track of your friends who are girls--but I would encourage you to stay in touch with them and let them come and help and share in this new life.
