I haven't gotten a baby book yet and it makes no sense to me as I write all the time, and you would think it would have been the very first thing on my agenda. I've even looked at books in stores, but none "struck" me as just right. I was thinking of making my own. It's neat that you posted you're making your own...now I don't feel like such a freak! I don't know what it is...it just seems like it would be so much more personal. The books are so "cookie-cutter" and Colin is NOT cookie-cutter...he is his own unique person. Is that how you feel about your baby?

Meanwhile, I'm writing things down on a pad (dates, etc...even the date his umbilical cord fell off!) so that I will have the details ready when I do start the book.
