Thanks for the advice, to tell you the truth I am not sure what I am in for when I start breastfeeding. One of my friends had a premature baby and pumped for months until the baby was able to suck properly, I am sure her breasts hurt, but she wanted to give her baby breastmilk so bad, she endured it for a long time! I have a breastpump now but hopefully I will get to use it very little, I am also hoping I will have plenty of milk and baby will be able to latch on well. I already have the phone number for the lactant consultant at the hospital and if I have problems, I am going to go and see her. Don't feel bad about not being able to brastfeed, everyone does the best they can. I wasn't breastfeed due to milk intolerance - I rejected my mother's milk and it was very hard for her, not to be able to feed me. But at the end all worked well and I didn't suffer because I didn't get breastmilk - at least I think I didn't! :)
