: : I am just curious that how many times the baby should move in a day? or how frequently?
: :DO NOT DRINK SODA WITH CAFFEINE
: I heard that you can drink some cold orange juice, lie on a side for 20 minutes andyou should feel it move.
: The thing is your baby may be moving just that you cant feel it all the time like if you are busy. Also you can drink alot of water and fill up your bladder that way when the baby moves youll definitely feel it.
I agree, don't do the caffeine method. Try juice instead. Also when I was pregnant with my son, I noticed barely any movement during the day (unless I was quiet and not moving, or when I was stressed about something, then he'd kick about a bit)
At night, he would often prevent me from going to sleep, because he was very active when I settled down lol. During the day, if you're moving about, I've been told it almost "rocks" the baby to sleep.
