Thank you for your opinion. I do not want to name my child something horrid or something I KNOW would cause problems (like Holly Wood, or as you mentioned, Placentia). The color doesnt bother me, I love that color and other bright colors, it looks good with a bright blue color. I just don't want the kids calling my baby Crayon. I dont think many kids know that that is even a color, though. Also, I don't like SOME old-fation names because there are so many of them. My name is Meagan and I hated being refered to as Meagan O, to set me apart from Megan W, Meg W, Meghan P, and Megan D... all of which were in my class. My fiance graduated from a class of 13 and out of 13 students there were 3 Justins and 4 ashleys. That's why we're trying to find names that will set apart our child. The child would not be called Chartreuce all the time, becuase it's so long, just like justin's sister Jaqueline is known as Jaqu, but we just can't find a nickname we like. We're considering other names for that main reason.
I do appreciate your opinion, I'll let eveyrone know when we come up with more names we like, and I hope you post your opinions on those too, even if they aren't all old fationed or common names.
