I can just tell you my experience. A few days after ovulation I noticed a higher than normal temp that continued for about a week. I was running around 99.2 and thought I was sick. One of my friends (who has had 2 children) told me it was a sign, but I haven't seen the documentation on that, as of yet. I found out about 9 dpo that I was pregnant--we are now 32 weeks along. Anyway, I don't want to give you false hope, but I do hope this is it for you!!!! Good luck!
