Hi Ann, I do not want to worry you and I debated wheater or not I should share this story with you! My friend had a cyst on her ovary and she had it surgically removed a few months ago. Her doctor did tell her that if she ever wanted kids she has 6 months to conceive. After 6 months she would need to go on the pill or have a hystorectomy (spl??) I do not know WHY and didn't want to ask in case it was a "touchy subject" I do however doubt you have to worry about this because I'm sure if your was real bad they would've put you on the pill, plus cysts are very common a lot of women get them without ever knowing and most go away on their own.
