Hello... I just thought I would comment on the breastfeeding and ovulation thing. I also heard that breastfeeding is a semi-good form of birth control, but not to completely depend on it. I exclusively breastfed my last child until she was around 7 months old, and I continued to breastfeed her along with her other foods, until she was 2 years old. (Yes I know thats a long time... it wasn't planned that way) I didn't have a period at all until she was 8 or 9 months old. Thats when she was eating more solid foods, and my milk supply was starting to decrease some. I didn't ovulate that whole time. But, I'm not saying I didn't use any birth control, because I did. I just thought I would comment on it. Exclusive breastfeeding 'should' keep you from ovulating.... but still I wouldn't depend on that, because you never know.
