I had mine at 11 weeks. I did not bleed afterward, they said usually you don't because they are very gentle, and they're not scraping or anything, just inserting this thing inside you and moving it around a little bit. Actually, the thing look just like a penis, and they put lubricant on it so it goes in easy, so no pain is invloved. My DH was totally amazed watching, haha. It's not so bad, you'll do great!
